This game is incredible. For anyone looking for the best rhythm game available on iOS, look no further, lots of songs for 2 dollars to start out and the songs are excellent. You wont be disappointed!

Why does everything cost money? I already bought the app.

This game is insanely addicting and hard. The songs are enjoyable and hitting the note are hard when theres a ton of them.

I love this game! ITS SO FUN!

Ive owned Cytus for at least four years now, and I fell in love with it the instant I began playing. Sure you may say its just another rhythm game, but I believe this one is the best by far. Rayark has put so much love into this game, and its obvious that Cytus community feels that way as well, with over 1 million downloads! What I believe Cytus does better than others is its music. The styles vary from songs like "Black Case" (Chapter 3) — which reminds me of 1950s America for some reason probably because of the trumpet — to completely different songs like "Ververg" (Chapter 2) and the infamously difficult "L" for their orchastraic themes, all the way to EDM music like "Codename: Zero" (Chapter 9). The controls are simple and intuitive, making this game easy to learn but difficult to master. Even if you dont like rhythm games, I would simply buy this game for access to the wonderful music this game opens your eyes to (my favorite artist of this game has to be "xi"). As of writing this review, this game contains 221 songs, each with an easy and hard mode, for a total of 442 different "levels" spread across 19 chapters. NOTE: Since I bought the game years ago, Im not 100% how many chapters you will have unlocked upon purchase; however, I do know that 8 of them are locked to in-app purchases, because I dont have them myself. But for a small price of less than $2, and the numerous hours upon hours Ive poured into this game to simply get a complete combo, let alone master, as many songs as possible is well worth the price if you enjoy rhythm games! Again, I feel Rayark did a wonderful job with this gem of a game, and did remarkably well in my opinion with its graphical style and theme, despite visuals not being of the utmost importance. Its truly the challenge of a compelling rhythm game, along with its wonderful music spread across a multitude of genres that make this game truly great.

Like its brother DEEMO it has fantastic art. Awesome songs youll love while your playing and if you want to bring it up a notch and test your skills Cytus will not disappoint. Just get it!!!

This is honestly a great game all around I havent found any reason at all to complain. Tons of fun and the soundtracks are great

Recommend this game before Deemo and even Voez

Ive been searching for a good rhythm game for iPhone for a while now, and Ive found it! The art is amazing, and the gameplay is extremely fun and challenging. There is plenty of content, so you wont get bored anytime soon. For those that want more songs, you can purchase additional song packs, which are reasonably priced. My only real criticism is that there isnt much music variety: the songs themselves arent bad, but I would enjoy music from a wider variety of genres. If you have the funds, and seem even remotely interested in this game, buy it. You wont be disappointed.

its my first time playing a game by this company or person BUT i love it already! the visuals, music, background and everything is so beautifully made and its so fun and challenging! i havent looked through all the songs yet but ive seen the chapters and there were quite a few so im glad i have a wide variety of songs to check out! OVERALL I LOVE IT! thank youu

Deemo has always been one of my absolute favorite games. So I finally decided to get Cytus and boy was I amazed. The art, the music, the gameplay. All so wonderful!! However I have a really annoying bug that when you start the game it crashes. Please fix this!! Other than that Cytus is a great game, and if youre reading this review, If you havent already please go check out, Deemo, Mandora, VOEZ, and Implosion!! Thank you!!

I think we all know about the top leadrboards. But, people that are in the top 10,000 and up, end up getting pretty bored by some of this...Overall the gameplay is great and initial design is spectacular which is why I gave it five stars, but if I was not rating it based off of this, it would probably get 1 or 2 stars. As I said, the top 10,000 or so, get kinda bored like me...This happens with basically every game, so I can understand. But, for me, being in the top 100 or so players in the rythm game world in general, I get bored pretty often. Still though, Rayrayark has made some SPECTACULAR games! They obviously put a lot of effort into these and I really do appreciate that! So, everyone, we should all give a HUGE THANKYOU!!
